Uncle Sam

Wesley and Uncle Sam really enjoy eachothers company. Here they are enjoying watching sesame street together!

Crawling!

This past week Wesley started crawling. He does not have the hands and knees technique down its more of a push-up sort of crawl but he makes it work and can get around pretty well. It has helped him like playing on the floor more which is really nice! He still LOVES the pool and spends his time kicking his little legs. He also can go under the water pretty well too. He loves his Aunt BA and looks for her in the mornings.

Uncle Jakeys Birthday

We had a party for Uncle Jakey at our house and then went out to dinner in Baltimore with family.

Butterflys

The other day Bethany and Wesley and I went into DC to see the new butterfly display at the natural history museum. There were tons of live butterflys flying all around and they would land on you. It was a pretty cool display. Wesley loved looking at all the butterflys flying around and he even had a couple land on him!

Walk in the park

Today we went for a walk in the park near our house and Aunt Bethany came with us! Wesley loves to be outside and to have lots of things to look at. Even though he was pretty tired he was very content to be carried around and look at everything.

POOL TIME!

Today we went to the pool for the first time this year with Coral and PJ. Wesley LOVED it even though the temperature of the water was freezing. The baby pool was a little warmer and he enjoyed that one more. He was laughing really hard at Coral splashing water at him. When we went down to the big pool he tried really hard to like it but it was too cold! Later on Aunt Bethany joined us and she took him back into the baby pool. We had a great time and it was the perfect day out!

Missing Avery

I have thought from the very start that Avery and Wesley would have a big bond between eachother. This was proven the other day when David was looking through our pictures from Maine and Wesley was on his lap and he started whining and crying when David got to a picture of Avery. He kept reaching for the picture on the computer! So sad!!
