Thank you

While we were in Maine visiting we were hanging out with a few people and someone gave something to Wesley and I asked him if he could say "thank you". My mom then showed him the sign language for thank you and after a few times showing him he repeated the sign. After that nothing else was said about it. A few nights ago at dinner Wesley was fussing because he wanted something and I asked him if he could say "please". He started doing the sign for thank you. I was a bit shocked that he had remembered that for about 3 days! He now has been using the sign for thank you and is quite pleased with himself about it.
